Food Hubs Featured on YouTube

What do the Charlottesville, Virginia Local Food Hub, the Oklahoma Food Cooperative, and Detroit's Eastern Market all have in common? They are examples of regional food hubs. USDA's working definition of a food hub is "a centrally located facility with a business management structure facilitating the aggregation, storage, processing, distribution, and/or marketing of locally/regionally produced food products." AMS, in partnership with several other organizations, have identified over 100 possible Food Hubs in the country.
