The AMS Voice comes out once a week, typically on Thursdays. If you have news or an announcement you would like to share, then please submit it for inclusion in the Voice. Field staff are particularly encouraged to submit entries.
All entries must be submitted through a designated program representative for review and clearance. Below is the list of program representatives:

The deadline for program representatives to submit stories is FRIDAY by 3 p.m. ET! If Monday or Tuesday is a holiday, then submissions are due on the previous Thursday by 3 p.m. ET. So be sure to submit your entries early.
