Law enforcement members must request access to the Hemp eManagement Platform (HeMP) by emailing your name, contact information, and department details to FarmBill.Hemp@usda.gov. More information on obtaining access to the HeMP Law Enforcement Search Tool can be found on the Hemp Law Enforcement Search Tool Information Sheet.
Important Note: The USDA is continuing to gather and improve its hemp data collection process. At first, the tool may not capture all approved hemp growing locations. If your search does not return any results, please contact USDA before taking legal action. Law enforcement or regulatory officials may verify licensing information with USDA by calling (888) 721-HEMP(4367), or emailing farmbill.hemp@usda.gov, Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00 PM ET.
