All forms that states and Tribes with approved hemp production plans must complete as part of the U.S. Domestic Hemp Program are available through the Hemp eManagement Platform (HeMP). HeMP provides a new streamlined approach to state and tribe reporting, allowing for data entry directly into the system. If you have an approved hemp plan and have not yet accessed your account, please view the instructions to create or access a HeMP account.
