The Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee (FVIAC) will meet to discuss agenda items, hear scheduled presentations, review working group reports, listen to public comments, and vote on proposed actions. The 2-day meeting is open to the public. Registration is required.

The meetings are open to the public who may observe the proceedings and provide general comments during a designated comment time. Persons or organizations wishing to make oral comments must contact Marlene Betts at SCPFVIAC@ams.usda.gov or (202) 720-5057 to pre-register. Interested public may also submit written comments for the FVIAC to consider at Regulations.gov. The deadline to pre-register for in-person oral comments or to submit written comments is Jan. 7, 2019, as noted in the Federal Register notice.
