The AMS Specialty Crops Inspection (SCI) Division provides grading, inspection, certification, auditing, and quality assurance services for fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, and related products. We also develop and maintain the U.S. grade standards; official inspection instructions, inspection aids, and color guides for these products; and, commercial item descriptions for all commodities.
