  • Pack regulations:  The marketing order authorizes regulations on the pack used to ship onions to market.

Committee Structure
The Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee administers the order locally. The Committee is composed of six producers, four handlers, and one public member. Each member has one alternate. Members and alternates serve 2-year, staggered terms of office that begin June 1. Producer and handler members are nominated by their peers at nomination meetings usually held at one location for producers and another location for handlers.
