The USDA Auditor Manual: Produce GAPs Harmonized Food Safety Audit Program- Policies and Procedures (Harmonized Auditor Manual) is now available. This manual is designed to help auditors interpret and apply the Produce Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) Harmonized Food Safety Standards and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Produce GAPs Harmonized Food Safety Checklists.  -  This text is specifically requested by the Auditing Branch to be provided on the document landing page.
