The U.S. Department of Agriculture today announced the appointment of 12 members to serve on the National Dairy Promotion and Research Board. The 12 appointees will serve three-year terms, effective immediately, through Oct. 31, 2024.

Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is accepting applications from farmers, growers, and other producers for its 2022 farmers market season that opens Friday, May 6, 2022. Farmers, growers and producers located in Delaware, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, and preferably within a 200-mile radius of the District of Columbia, are encouraged to apply.
