The Greenhouse Gas Technical Assistance Provider and Third-Party Verifier Program Advisory Council (informally referred to as the Growing Climate Solutions Act Advisory Council) is a Federal Advisory Committee made up of 32 public and private individuals  representing the agriculture industry and voluntary environmental credit markets.
