Summary
This rulemaking amends Marketing Order No. 927, which regulates the handling of pears grown in Oregon and Washington. USDA Extends Price Discovery and Competition ANPR Comment Period
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service is extending the deadline for comments on the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) Price Discovery and Competition in Markets for Fed Cattle (89 Fed. Reg. 82519) for an additional 30 days. The new comment deadline is January 10, 2025.

Five members and their alternates will serve two-year terms, beginning immediately until Dec. 31, 2026, and four members and their alternates will serve three-year terms beginning Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027.
