Carcass Instrument Grading

The AMS, Livestock and Poultry Program’s Quality and Assessment Division (QAD) provides grading and certification services to the meat, poultry, and egg industries.  QAD recently completed an post-implementation study on the override features of the beef carcass instrument grading.
