The deadline to register for an oral comment slot is 11:59 p.m. ET, October 4, 2018.
- Commenters will be scheduled in the order in which they registered, beginning with the Tuesday, October 16 webinar. I will try to accommodate requests where possible, but may be unable to.
- In an effort to accommodate the greatest number of people in a limited period of time, commenters are limited to one 3-minute speaking slot per meeting, EITHER during the webinars OR the in-person meeting.
