The deadline to register for an oral comment slot is 11:59 p.m. ET, October 4, 2018.
- Comments are tentatively scheduled to be heard on Wednesday morning and afternoon (October 24) and Thursday morning (October 25). The schedule is subject to change.
- In an effort to accommodate the greatest number of people in a limited period of time, commenters are limited to one 3-minute speaking slot per meeting. EITHER during the webinars OR the in-person meeting.
- While I try to accommodate requests where possible, commenters will be scheduled in the order in which they registered.
- The published agenda remains subject to change. We will make every effort to retain the overall schedule to the extent possible. If the schedule changes substantially, and it alters your speaking time, you will be notified ahead of time.
