The deadline to register for an oral comment slot at the in-person Seattle meeting is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, April 4, 2019.
- Comments are tentatively scheduled to be heard on Wednesday afternoon, April 24, and Thursday morning, April 25, 2019 Pacific time. The schedule is subject to change.
- In an effort to accommodate the greatest number of people in a limited period of time, commenters are limited to one 3-minute speaking slot per meeting. EITHER during the webinars OR the in-person meeting.
- Requests will be accommodated where possible. Commenters will be scheduled in the order in which they registered.
- The published agenda remains subject to change. We will make every effort to retain the overall schedule. If the schedule changes substantially, and it alters your speaking time, you will be notified ahead of time.
