The Grain Inspection Advisory Committee (GIAC) under its MEMBERSHIP BALANCE PLAN, Point 6. Quorum Requirements, The Advisory Committee requires two-thirds of its members to be present in order to hold a meeting.

The Agricultural Marketing Service partners with the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to supply food to communities across the world through programs such as Food for Peace, Food for Progress, and McGovern-Dole.
