Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) Login Issue
A number of vendors have reported issues accessing WBSCM. After some investigation, we learned that there was a change to the eAuthentication site that directly impacts WBSCM. The new URL for accessing WBSCM is: httpsJ/portal.wbscm.usda.gov/. Please change your web browser bookmark accordingly. In addition, the Commodity Procurement webpage has also been updated to include the new URL.
