Committee Structure: The order is administered locally by the Oregon-California Potato Committee, which consists of 14 members (9 producer and 5 handler members). Each member has one alternate. Committee membership is apportioned among the five districts of the production area. Members and alternates are selected to serve 2-year, staggered terms of office that begin June 1. Producer and handler members are nominated at nomination meetings held in each of the five districts.
