Admin Management Hello, today I will be walking you through the Admin tab on ATLAS. Admin management is only available to admins of entities. Admins, to navigate to this area, you will need to click on the Admin Tab towards the top of the screen. Once you have clicked into the tab, you will be presented with information on your entity and related sub-tabs pertaining to “User Management”, “Entity Association” and “Billing Ledgers” you have access to.. The tokens shown here are used to associate another employee to your entity and setup broker relationships. It is best practice for the entity admins to regenerate a user or broker relationship token before disseminating it to avoid the credentials from being compromised. You can generate new tokens by simply clicking the “Generate Token” button. For employees to associate themselves to your entity, while they are going through the User registration process, they will be prompted to provide an ATLAS User registration token, which is the token you will need to provide to them. To create a broker-entity relationship, we will press the “Request Entity Association” button. After pressing this button, it will prompt you to enter the Broker setup token here. To find out more information on a Broker-entity relationship please visit the USDA AMS website. Under the User Management section of the Admin tab, you can see all the users associated with your entity. By clicking on one of the contact records, you can see the information about this contact. Here, you may change the access level from employee to admin or admin to employee depending on management needs of your entity. You may also disassociate the contact from your entity completely by clicking on the disassociate button near the top of the screen. Going over to the Entity associations sub tab you can see the relationships between your entity and others. This will list brokers and sister companies if applicable. The relationship will also be listed as active or inactive by the checkbox shown here. Within the billing ledgers sub tab, the billing ledgers that are related to your entity, or related to entities you have access to, are listed. These ledgers are also listed with an active designation showing if they are able to be billed to for services rendered. If you have any questions or issues within admin management, please use the “Contact Support” tab at the top of the page. We look forward to you using ATLAS and receiving your feedback so we may improve your experience. Thank you.
