MD_DA127 Whole Milk Powder - Oceania Report 25 - Released on June 23, 2022 The Oceania whole milk powder (WMP) price range is mixed, higher on the bottom, but lower at the top as GDT event 310 saw a slight ease in pricing. Current WMP production is focused on filling contracts, where demand is steady. A good number of volumes exchanged hands, as North Asian buyers returned to the auction this week. Meanwhile industry representatives note that WMP continues to prompt the least profitable return. As a result, milk volumes circumvent WMP driers leading to tight supplies. Sources expect a bullish reply to the existing market dynamics in the near term. The market has a unsettled undertone.
