    Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no 
comparisons made due to limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium 
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 410.00-480.00, 500-600 lbs 382.00-390.00. Feeder 
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 370.00-400.00, 500-600 lbs 
360.00-370.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 430.00, 500-
600 lbs 378.00-390.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 152.00-
191.00; Boners 80-85% lean 150.00-197.00; Lean 85-90% lean 135.00-170.00;

  SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 7 cents lower, New crop bids were 
7 to 8 cents lower; current elevator bids 5.04, new crop elevator bids 
4.43-5.52, current processor bids 5.09-5.34, new crop processor bids 
4.73-5.47. Soybean bids were 24 to 25 cents lower, New crop bids 25 to 26 
cents lower; current elevator bids 11.09, new crop elevator bids 11.06, 
processor bids n/a, and new crop export 11.71-11.66. Wheat bids were 5 to 
7 cents lower; current elevator bids 4.85-5.42, current processor bid 
4.65.
   Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 1.84
