SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

New York prices are 10 cents higher for Extra Large and Large and 30 
cents higher for Medium.  California prices are unchanged on larger 
sizes and up 10 cents for Medium and Small.  Regional prices are 43 
cents higher for Extra Large and Large and up 38 cents for Medium.  
The undertone is higher.  Retail demand is moderate to good, while 
foodservice demand is mixed.  Offerings are very light.  Supplies 
are very light to moderate.  Market activity is active to at times 
very active.  Breaking stock offerings and demand are very light.  
Light type fowl offerings are light to moderate; processing schedules 
are mostly normal.
