USDA Seeks Comments on Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking comments on a Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), AMS intends to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an extension of and revision to the currently approved information collection “Regulations for Voluntary Grading, Certification, and Standards – 7 CFR 54, 56, 62, and 70,” 0581-0128.

The Notice will be published in the May 1, 2020, Federal Register. Written comments must be received by June 30, 2020 (60 days from FR notice). Comments may be posted at www.regulations.gov, or sent to: Julie Hartley, Chief, Business Operations Branch, Quality Assessment Division, Livestock and Poultry Program, Agricultural Marketing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture,1400 Independence Avenue, S.W., STOP 0258, Washington, D.C. 20250-0258. All comments should reference the docket number AMS-LP-20-0025, the date of submission, and the page number of the Federal Register issue.

Comments received will be posted without change, including any personal information provided. Comments will be made available for public inspection at the above address during regular business hours or at www.regulations.gov.
