Compared to Previous Day: Cows and Bulls steady.                      

On Thu Des Moines reported 90% boneless selling 1.00 to 2.00 higher at 
198.61 and 85% generally steady at 185.71. The cutter cow carcass cutout 
value settled up .89 at 156.22. Beef trimmings trended firm on moderate  
demand and light to moderate offerings.
