Compared to Previous Day: Cows unevenly steady, Bulls steady.

On Monday Des Moines reported 90% boneless selling firm to 2.00 higher
at 147.41 and 85% mostly weak to 2.00 lower at 135.38. The cutter cow carcass 
cut-out value settled up .63 at 114.66. Beef trimmings trended generally steady
on light to moderate demand and offerings.
