Kansas City Weekly Feedstuff Review 
Truck bids per ton unless otherwise stated.

   Soybean meal was higher on good demand and rising soybean prices as old crop 
soybeans remain in tight supplies.  Corn gluten feed pellets and meal was mostly 
steady to lower as corn prices have declined.  Farmers this past week planted 
corn at a record pace with corn planting now 71 percent completed.    

   Soybean meal, 48 percent was 26.90 higher from 470.70-475.70 per ton.  
Soybean hulls were unchanged to 30.00 higher from 225.00-275.00 per ton.  
Soybean Hull Pellets were unchanged to 35.oo higher from 225.00-280.00 per ton.  
41 percent Cottonseed Meal was unchanged from 345.00-355.00 per ton.  Corn 
Gluten feed pellets unchanged tp 7.00 lower from 200.00-213.00 per ton.  Corn 
Gluten Meal 60 percent was unchanged to 5.00 lower from 570.00-575.00 per ton.  
Kansas Interior millfeeds, rail was 12.00-15.00 higher from 140.00-150.00 per 
ton; Trucks were 5.00 higher from 170.00-180.00 per ton.  Hominy Feed (FOB KC 
Northwest) rail was 20.00 higher at 220.00 per ton; trucks were 5.00-15.00 
higher from 220.00-225.00 per ton.  Meat and Bone meal was 5.00-13.00 lower at 
370.00.  Feather Meal was unchanged from 575.00-585.00 per ton.  Yellow Grease 
was not quoted.  Alfalfa Meal was steady from 355.00-390.00 per ton; Sun-Cured 
15 percent pellets were steady to 2.00 lower from 323.00-330.00 per ton; Alfalfa 
Center pellets, 17 percent were steady from 330.00-360.00 per ton; Meal without 
oil was steady from 336.00-360.00 per ton.
