However, a firmer undertone noted on all classes. Slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter bulls too lightly tested to trend. Demand good for all classes. Today's supply consisted of 89 percent feeder cattle and the balance slaughter cows and bulls. Of the feeder cattle supply 59 percent steers; 41 percent heifers, with 67 percent weighing over 600 lbs. Next week there will be a bred cow special and a regular cattle sale on Tuesday, February 16th.
