Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 10/19/2010

Compared to Monday sale of mostly black calves, today's offering of 
Char-X feeder steers and heifers mostly 1.00 to 2.00 lower. Feeder 
steers and heifers over 600 lbs not well tested Monday but much 
higher undertone noted today. Good demand from light crowd of 
buyers for this moderate offering of feeder calves. 25 percent over 
600 lbs, 55 percent steers, 45 percent heifers. Next sale Oct. 20, 
expecting 3000 head of calves.
