Buyer attendance good with good to very good demand for the last sheep and goat auction at the Sioux Falls Stockyards. Sheep supplies near 86 percent slaughter lambs, 9 percent slaughter ewes, with the balance bucks and misc sheep. Receipts this week 1187 including 168 goats compared with 484 including 103 goats last week and 952 including 368 goats a year ago. The estimated Federally Inspected sheep and lamb slaughter the first three days this week 31,000, compared with 30,000 both last week and a year ago.
