Compared to last week, all classes of hay fully steady. Very good demand for all classes of hay and bedding as supply continues to tighten up. Many cattle producers have turned cattle out on pasture, helping to relieve some of the pressure on the market. Rain this past week continues to delay spring planting in some areas. Hay producers are thinking first cutting could be one to two weeks out yet depending on location.
