Monroe Livestock Auction

Cattle and Calves Receipts: 49, last week 34. Goat Receipts: 12, last 
week 18. Slaughter cows were steady. Feeder cattle were steady. 

Slaughter cows and bulls 8 percent. Replacement pairs and feeder cows 
10 percent. Feeder steers and bulls under 600 lbs 51 percent, over 600 
lbs 2 percent. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs 29 percent. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1 and 2 250-300 lbs 90.00-98.00; 
350-400 lbs 100.00-116.00. Medium and Large 3 450-500 lbs 78.50-79.50. 

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1 and 2 300-350 lbs 90.00-115.00; 
350-400 lbs 102.00-107.00; 400-450 lbs 81.00-91.00. 

   Goats, per head:  Slaughter and Replacement Classes: Kids: Selection 
2 20-40 lbs 12.50. Yearlings: Selection 2 60-80 lbs 52.50-55.00. 
Does/Nannies: Selection 2 70-100 lbs 57.50, 100-140 lbs 67.50-75.00. 
Wethers: Selection 2 70-100 lbs 65.00, 100-150 lbs 67.50-75.00.
