BROILER/FRYER: Daily Chicago Broiler/Fryers

Trade sentiment on whole fryers was steady. Offers of whole birds were light 
to adequate for the fairly light interest. Demand into retail and food 
service channels was light to instances moderate, fast food normal to slow. 
Holiday related items continue a predominate share of retail interest. Floor 
stocks were adequate to closely balanced. Sizes were mostly desirable. 
Supplies of breast items and all dark meat items were closely balanced to 
tight for the fair interest and wings continue tight and sought after. The 
market tone was steady to fully steady on all parts except wings were fully 
steady to firm.
