Weekly ethanol manufacturing increased 18,000 barrels from previous week, that’s 875,000 barrels of ethanol per day. Ethanol stocks decreased 247,000 barrels from the prior week and now stands at 16.18 million. More attractive margins are the main reason for increased ethanol output. Ethanol values rebounded somewhat this week in the majority of areas as ethanol continued to follow the corn complex. Bio-Energy Report Notes: Protein content 28-30% for most distiller grains on a dry matter basis. Modified Wet Distillers Grain is a partially dried product. Wet Distillers Grain is a non-dried product. Distillers corn oil is intended for animal feed or biofuel and is not Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) for human consumption.
