Supplies unseasonably heavy this week with light demand noted on lower protein milling quality wheat. Spring Wheat: Prices are for US 1 Dark Northern Spring Wheat with less than 2.0 pct Vomitoxin. The low 14 pct protein wheat was 10 to 40 cents lower from 6.9850-7.2850, the basis was 30 to 60 cents lower from 130-160 cents over the Dec futures. The 14.5's was steady to 20 cents lower from 7.8850-80850 with the basis steady to 20 cents lower from 220 to 240 cents over the Dec futures. The 12 pct protein Hard Red Winter Wheat had no quote on the spot market. The 20 day to-arrive was 20 cents higher at 5.6150, with the basis steady at 7 cents under the Dec futures. Durum: Choice and Balance Milling Durum had no quote. Both Minneapolis and Duluth terminal durum continued to have no quote. Rye: US 1 Rye had no quote on the spot market. The to-arrive Rye was steady with a bid of 4.50. Barley: Robust Malting Barley 60 pct or better plump max. 2.0 ppm vomitoxin had no quote. The to-arrive bid for 1.0 ppm vomitoxin rail delivered to Minneapolis was 3.70. Feed Barley delivered into Duluth closed the week with no bid. Feed Barley delivered into Minneapolis was 25 cents higher with a bid of 2.65 Corn: US 2 Yellow Corn was 18.5 cents higher at 3.5200, the basis was 14 cents higher at 43 cents under the Dec futures. The to-arrive bids for corn are: River Open at 3.8050, May at 3.8550 and June at 3.9075. Oats: US 2 or better Oats had no quote on the spot market. The To-arrive Bids for oats was 9.50 to 14.50 cents lower at 2.5450-2.5950; the basis was steady to 5.00 lower from 5.00 under to option (+0) the December futures. Soybeans: US 1 Yellow Soybeans were 61.00 cents higher at 9.8400; the basis was 12 cents higher at 55 cents under the Jan futures. The to-arrive bids for soybeans are: River Open at 9.9525, May at 9.9925 and June at 9.9500. Sunflowers: The NuSun Sunflowers in Enderlin was 20 cents higher at 13.35, Fargo was also 50 cents higher at 13.35.
