Compared to Previous Day: Cows and bulls steady.

On Tuesday Des Moines reported Lean boneless was mostly firm to 1.00 higher; 
85% was unevenly steady; 75% weak to 2.00 lower; 65% mostly weak to 1.00 
lower. Other lean percentages not fully established. Beef trimmings were weak 
on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings.  The weighted average on 
Fresh 90% lean settled at 145.30 while 85% was 132.52 and 50% 78.29 on 29 
trades. The cutter cow carcass cutout value settled at 112.43 up 1.09.
