Stakeholders note spot load buyers are more active recently, making inventories slightly tighter. Domestic demand is stronger to steady. Loads are available to meet current spot load and contractual demand. Mexican purchasers are showing stronger demand recently, while export demand is moderate elsewhere. Low/medium heat NDM production is steady. High heat NDM prices moved slightly higher on both ends of the range. High heat NDM production is steady to lighter amongst manufacturers. A few manufacturers relay only short, intermittent high heat production schedules to meet contractual obligations are planned for Q4. High heat NDM demand is steady to moderate.
