CHEDDAR CHEESE:  Cheddar cheese prices and markets are firm in both Australia 
and New Zealand.  Milk production is at seasonal high levels, thus cheese output 
is also at seasonal highs.  Stocks of cheese are reported to be in balance with 
need and most cheese producers are comfortable at this time.  Traders and 
handlers indicate that cheese orders are basically in line with projections and 
now are in the final stages of finalizing second half needs.
