WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Oceania whole milk powder markets and prices are firm.  
At the November monthly global/Dairy Trading event, the whole milk powder price 
averaged $3,437 per MT, 13.7% higher than the previous month.  This price is 
basically setting a new base for sales with commercial prices often $50 - $150 
higher.  Stocks of whole milk powder are in close balance for commitments, but 
virtually unavailable for spot buyer interest.
