WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Oceania whole milk powder markets are generally 
steady, although prices were unchanged to slightly lower.  At the most recent 
global/Dairy trade event, whole milk powder average $1829 per MT which was down 
3% from the previous month's event.  Prices for near term shipments (September) 
were down 8%  averaging $1841, Oct - Dec shipments averaged $1806 down 4.6%, and 
Jan - Mar shipments averaged $1849 up 1.9% when compared to the previous trading 
session.  Traders and handlers state that these values are very good indicators 
where prices will be for the next six months or so, thus not too much recovery 
is in the foreseeable future.
