SKIM MILK POWDER (SMP):  Skim milk powder markets and prices are firm.  Powder 
production in Oceania is seasonally strong as milk output is at seasonal peak 
levels.  Some handlers and traders indicate that milk volumes are not as strong 
as projected, but are making the best of the current situation.  Powder 
producers indicate that milk volumes have not attained levels of last year and 
are hopeful that the peak will extend for a longer period of time.  Stocks of 
powder are available for commitments, but many handlers and traders indicate 
that there are minimal uncommitted volumes.
