WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  European whole milk powder markets and prices are 
weak.  Prices have declined in the past few weeks and are in the range of the 
February 2 global/Dairy Trading event for whole milk powder which averaged 
$3,256 per MT.  Milk production remains seasonally lower, although some signs of 
increases are starting to be reported.  Also at this time, new whole milk 
production remains low.  Traders and handlers indicate that there is a portion 
of last seasons' production available for immediate shipment.
