WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  European WMP pricing levels are steady 
to slightly lower on the top end of the range.  The market tone 
is unsettled.  While production trends are seasonally high, the 
demand factors are often mixed.  Buyers have shown reluctance to 
securing product when the market price moved higher in recent 
months.  Now some of those buyers are in the market filling 
needs.  Negotiations for Q3 contracts are taking place.  
Offerings are light to moderate.  Current orders are moving on a
