WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Whole milk powder markets and prices are generally 
holding steady in Europe.  Whole milk powder production is on the downside of 
the season in many regions of Europe with some manufacturers accelerating the 
downturn by diverting milk away from whole milk powder and directing it towards 
butter/powder output.
