SKIM MILK POWDER (SMP):  Skim milk powder prices are unchanged in a 
light market test.  The market tone is steady to unsettled with most 
of the current pricing fluctuation centered around the currency 
factors.  Demand is stable at light to moderate levels.  Interest is 
expected to increase from Asia.  Some buyers are looking at lower 
pricing in U.S. markets, while others are waiting for the 2nd quarter 
before negotiating.
