SWEET WHEY POWDER:  Whey powder markets and prices are holding steady.  Cheese 
production is seasonally active, but trending lower than last year at this time, 
thus whey volumes are not as plentiful as in years past.  Whey prices are at 
levels that are limiting international buyer interest with most sales geared to
