Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were uneven; millfeed was uneven in a very lightly tested trade; hulls were steady in a lightly tested trade. In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady, quoted mostly at 51.00-55.00; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were 1.00 lower.
