New Holland Sales Stables Dairy Sale
Auction Report for Wednesday, November 18, 2009

Compared to last Wednesday`s sale, a light supply of fresh and bred cows sold 
steady to firm. Bred and open heifers slightly higher. Buyer attendance light 
with moderate demand and moderate trade. Wednesday's supply included 15 percent 
fresh milking cows, 6 percent short-bred cows, 7 percent springing cows, 21 
percent short-bred heifers, 18 percent springing heifers, 22 percent open 
heifers, and 11 percent bulls. One hundred percent of reported supply Holsteins 
unless otherwise noted. All sales sold on a per head basis.
