USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21 days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per 100 pounds. Boxed beef cutout values were steady to weak on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck and round cuts were generally steady while loins were weak to lower. Beef trimmings were higher on light demand and offerings.
