In the Southern Plains and Colorado trading of negotiated cash, beef type, steers and heifers has been at a standstill. Not enough sales activity in any major feeding region for a market trend. Last week, in the Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico feeding area, live sales sold at 84.00. In Kansas live sales sold at 83.00. In Nebraska, for the prior week, dressed sales sold at 130.00 and live sales ranged from 82.00-84.00. In Colorado live sales sold at 83.50. In the Western Cornbelt, for the previous week, live sales sold from 80.00-82.00 and dressed sales sold at 130.00.
