Receipts this Week: 12,578 Last Week: 10,151 Last Year: 7478 Monday Actual: 11,617 Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers steady to 2.00 higher. Demand very good for feeder cattle, as second grade cattle selling with very little discount to number one grade. Steer and heifer calves steady to 2.00 higher on a light test. Cattle futures sharply higher and grains closing lower. Slaughter rates continue strong and boxed beef prices improving. Supply included 84 percent over 600 lbs and 40 percent heifers.
