Receipts: 2206 Last Week: 2134 Year Ago: 2254 Compared to last week: Stocker steers and heifers 2.00-4.00 lower. Feeder steers and heifers steady to 2.00 lower. Demand moderate on lighter weights and good for feeders. Hot and dry weather conditions continue across much of the state. Receipts included 17 percent over 600 lbs and 44 percent heifers. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 higher, bulls 3.00-4.00 higher. A total of 442 cows and bulls sold with 54 percent going to packers. Demand very good for packer cows with active trade.
