Corn, barley, soybean meal, canola meal, wheat millrun and distillers dried grains offers were higher. Offers for meat and bone meal, and whole cottonseed were steady to lower. Suncured alfalfa pellets offers were steady. Oilseed Meal Markets: Offers for 47 percent protein Soybean Meal, for nearby rail delivery, were 348.40-360.40, mostly 356.40-360.40 per ton, 6.10 per ton higher than last week's offers. Soybean meal basis offers were 23.00-35.00, mostly 31.00-35.00 per ton over the March soybean meal futures close of 325.40. Last Tuesday's basis offers were 23.00-35.00, mostly 32.00-35.00 per ton over the March soybean meal futures close of 319.30. Offers for soybean meal truck delivered to the Willamette Valley were 371.40-375.40 per ton, 5.10 to 6.10 per ton higher than week ago offers. Offers for nearby rail delivered Canola Meal, 34 to 36 percent protein, were 241.40-269.00, 10 cents to 4.00 higher than week ago offers. Truck delivered canola meal offers, 34 to 36 percent protein, were 256.40-284.00, also 10 cents to 4.00 higher than week ago offers. Whole Cottonseed: Whole Cottonseed offers for delivery to points in the Pacific Northwest from the Midsouth in single boxcars were 350.00-355.00 per ton, steady to 3.00 lower than week ago offers. Offers for whole cottonseed trans-loaded onto trucks and delivered to Willamette Valley dairies were 365.00-370.00 per ton, also steady to 3.00 lower than week ago offers. Animal Proteins: Offers for 46 to 50 percent protein Meat and Bone Meal, FOB Seattle plants, were not available. Offers for meat and bone meal truck delivered to Portland and the Willamette Valley were 300.00-330.00, steady to 10.00 lower than last week's offers. Wheat Millrun: Feed mill offers for Wheat Millrun for nearby delivery, loaded truck FOB the flour mill in Portland, had limited offers at 200.00, 5.00 higher compared to week ago offers. Offers for wheat millrun truck delivered to the Willamette Valley were also 5.00 higher than week ago offers at 212.00. Flour mill offers for wheat millrun rail delivered to Portland on the Burlington Northern Line from eastern Washington and eastern Oregon were 145.00-155.00 for February through March delivery, which was steady with last week's offers for the same delivery period. Offers for wheat millrun FOB eastern Oregon and eastern Washington for February through March delivery were 170.00, 5.00 lower than week ago offers for the same delivery period, and offers for April through September delivery were 160.00, also 5.00 lower than week ago offers for the same delivery period.
