Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 11/17/2009

Compared to last week, good quality, longtime weaned calves with all 
shots sold fully steady, average quality bawling calves sold 3.00 
to 4.00 lower. True yearlings sold steady on a thin test. Several 
cancelations on today's consignments list due to heavy rain and 
snow in the trade area. Slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 lower 
and slaughter bulls sold steady. Supply includes near 10 percent cows
and bulls with the balance feeders. The feeder run consisted of 51 
percent steers and 49 percent heifers, 51 percent over 600 lbs.
