Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 07/07/2009
 
Receipts:  390    Last Week:  No Sale    Year Ago:  335
 
   Due to the Holiday there was no sale last week for a trend comparison, 
however compared to two weeks ago steers and heifers sold 2.00-5.00 higher.  
Slaughter cows sold steady, bulls sold 2.00 higher; Demand good and supply 
light.   Cows made up approximately 17 percent of the run, 83 percent feeders.   
Steers made up approximately 37 percent of the offering, 50 percent heifers.   
Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 23 percent.
